All our products are digitally delivered only. Once a payment is confirmed via Razorpay, the digital product will be delivered using one or more of the following methods:

  • An immediate on-screen download link
  • An automated email sent to your registered email ID containing the download access
  • Delivery typically occurs within a few seconds to 5 minutes, depending on system load and network conditions.


    2. No Physical Shipping

    We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, postal, or logistics service involved. All products on our platform are software-based or media-based digital content, and as such:

  • No shipping address is required
  • No physical tracking number will be issued
  • Users are responsible for providing a valid email address and phone number during checkout

  • 3. Email Delivery Guarantee

    Your digital purchase will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please make sure:

  • Your email ID is correct and active
  • You check your inbox and spam folders

  • 4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

    In rare cases, if your product is not received within 10 minutes, please do the following:

  • Your transaction ID
  • Date/time of purchase
  • Product name or description
  • We will re-send your product manually within 24 working hours, but usually much sooner.


    5. Legal Notes & User Consent

    By purchasing any digital product on Xplore, you:

  • Confirm that you understand no physical delivery will take place
  • Accept that the delivery of digital goods is final and non-returnable unless found defective or inaccessible
