1. How do I download a product after purchase?

Once your payment is successfully completed via UPI or Razorpay, you will be automatically redirected to a thank-you page. This page will include a secure download button to instantly access your product files.

2. Can I download paid files without making a payment?

No. Only free resources can be downloaded instantly without payment. All premium products require a confirmed payment before download access is granted.

3. What file formats are available for download?

We offer our digital assets in the following formats:

.drp (DaVinci Resolve Project Files)

.psd (Photoshop Design Templates)

These files are compatible with:

DaVinci Resolve on PC

Adobe Photoshop

Photopea (Online editor – works on mobile too)

4. Payment was successful, but I didn’t receive the file. What should I do?

Don’t worry — this can sometimes happen due to internet issues or redirection errors.

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and provide your Payment ID / Transaction Screenshot. We’ll verify your payment manually and provide a secure download link within minutes.

5. How do I use your templates after downloading?

All our templates are fully editable and customizable. You can:

Change text

Adjust animations or transitions

Replace images or logos

Modify layers based on your style or project needs

6. Can I use XploreDigi templates on a mobile device?

✅ Yes, But with some limitations:

.drp files (DaVinci Resolve) do not work on mobile

.psd files can be edited on mobile using the Photopea app or browser version
